JavaScripts Not Playing Nice (Float Menu & Text Resize)

I dont know JavaScript to well, but I think I have two javascripts that aren't playing nice together. The two scripts, one that resizes the text on the page and the other is for the menu to float, aren't working simultaneously. I can get one to work and not the other. Does ANYONE know how fix this problem. A link to the page is:

I would really appreciate all the help I can get. I've been troubleshooting this for a few days now and I'm ready to pull my hair out.

Yeah, I can use the menu and resize the text, so what's the problem?
