please help! DHTML pop-up/floating video.

I've been trying to make a DHTML pop-up/floating video similar to digg. I found these premade codes http://www.hunlock.com/blogs/Everyth...ding#autostart I'm having major problems getting this to work, maybe i'm just stupid but i have no clue what to do with the first chunk of code, I also found this http://www.hunlock.com/blogs/Digg_St..._For_Your_Blog but I cant get it centered . Any help will be appreciated

Can you please explain what did you do to get this work. I am using Frontpage with Dynamic Template. I am unable to get the video at a particular position on my website. I am also not conversant with CCS styles he is referring to. Apprecite your help.
