DHTML Modal Window

3) Describe problem: I've just installed the script and it works just fine for me, but I have a little, but lethal problem. When the modal window opens, it works good, but the black area is under my flash content. So it looks -well- not too good. I've tried to change the z-index of the flash and the modal black window as well, but nothing worked. I use a javascript to run flash without the Internet Explorer's activation stuff, I dunno if that's the one causing this mess. It's the basic activation, Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 uses.
I hope someone could help me, I'd be very greatful the see my modal windows work perfectly.
