a proccess blocking program
I need a program that blocks processes because i have yahoo messenger 7 and it wants me to update but all the ones newer then that crash on my computereverytime i click on something. i want to block the yupdater.exe from running because it crashes on my computer and maxes out my cpu. i tried deleting it but windows gives me an error message (file not found). and i tried taking out the code that summons the program but then yahoo is unstable.
can someone help me

Just get around the update. I've yet to find an IM app that doesn't have some way around updating.

i found a way i made a program that does nothing (opens then closes) and replaced the updater with it
