Simple tree menu persist proplem is IE6

3) Describe problem: The persist feature does not work in IE6 if the menu called using php include. I guess calling the tree as an include file makes IE think this is a security risk and therefore it blocks the cookie. Is there any way round this?

Nevermind, turned out to be a conflict with mootools
