Rss Ticker Ajax

Dear sirs

Kindly note I am using rss ticker ajax in my web server that Its running very good for some xml or rss but following address's does not show the jpg files.
Its showing only text files.

http://www.f5haber.com/upload/xmlexport.xml

As I see this xml file is using double <![CDATA[ .

First <![CDATA[ contains jpg file
for example
<img><![CDATA[ http://image.haber7.com/haber/64545.jpg]]></img>

Second <![CDATA[ contains text files that its running very good.

Could you please help me What can I do about this matter ?

Which command I have to add in lastRss.php or in rssticker.js ?
