HTML editor for forms

I have a CMS-script running, but the one thing that's missing is the ability change fonts, colors, etc without the knowledge of html. Something like what you see on top of the forms in this forum.
Does anyone know a script or where to find one so iIcould add this feature in my forms.
Pref. in JS or PHP.
