Frames help please

Hi everyone. I am fairly new to making frames. Here is the page I have so far...

Now, as you can see, what I am trying to do is have the top image stay as a header but go all the way across the top of the page. I cannot seem to figure out how to do this. Should I use Iframes for the menu on the left? I want the links in the menu to open in the right side.

Looks like you got everything in your wish list nailed down already. I'd just like to point out that a couple links from your left hand menu appear broken:

The dals link is pointing to a page on comcast's server, the page appears to actually be on the bellsouthpwp server.

The membership link also points to comcast, I could not find the actual page.

Other than that, very nice work - I can see why you have won awards for it.

Thanks It's still a "work in progress" so the pages are not all updated yet.
