3) Describe problem:

I am trying to make the menu take 250 milliseconds or so to appear, because I have other buttons and links and stuff around the menu, and when I scroll over the menu to click one of them, the menu appears and well -- it's really quite frustrating

So, if anyone can show me how to make an appeardelay on the menu, so that I have to hold the mouse over the menu for 1/2 a second or so before the dropdown appears, that would be fantastic.
