    Default interesting banner

    hi, i'm a newbeee in using DW MX 2004. when i found this link, http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/ i'm intrested in the banner section and the menu. is it possible to build like that using DW MX? if not, what software i need to build that? is it hard? is it a very extremely programming?tx

    Just switch to code view and insert the code.

    HTML is just text (code) and Dreamweaver and other similar applications only are interfaces that write code for you. With any or none you can go in and change the code yourself, adding anything you like. (Except in the case of a couple particularly annoying applications, like frontpage, that actually rewrite code you add, making it not work.)

    Don't rely on Dreamweaver. It's a tool, and just a tool. When you need something beyond what that tool can do, or when that tool messes up, it will really help to know how to fix the html yourself.

    I just moved this from the Graphics section, as it really isn't about how to make and edit graphics. The code for inserting the banner and some of the menus on the paged linked to as an example for this thread may be copyright Dynamic Drive and for their own use only.
