roll over image doesn't work in firefox/netscape

i don't understand why the hover image for the 'location' link doesn't work in firefox/netscape. it works in ie though. can anyone find something wrong with my source code? any help would be much appreciated. here's the address:

That script appears to rely too heavily on document.all, which is not supported by FF/Netscape. It also looks overly complicated. My suggestion would be to find another rollover script.
