MySQL and MSSQL Database

I'm very new to using databases to create web pages so I'm not sure if this is possible;

I have created a MySQL database using Navicat software
http://www.navicat.com (would highly recommend)

I have managed to call data using some php code that I have written.
My question is: can I call data straight from a MSSQL Database (SalesLogix) instead of MySQL,
or does anyone know of a way that I can export from MSSQL into MySQL.

I already have a well established saleslogix database and it would be far easier if I could use the information directly.
