Need a simple scrollable text script

Hi everyone,

I have a small area for a large block of text to go so all i need is a simple regular script that lets me put all of the text in a small area with up and down buttons to scroll, or even better, a scrollbar. I can find all kinds of cool scroll effects and slide scripts but i cant seem to find a simple scrollable text script (one that only scrolls when i use the up and down buttons or the scrollbar). Can anyone help me?
