That's not really something we'd support here. Use google or look for a forum that deals with that.
If you do need specific help, ask a specific question about doing something or using something particular, not just generally how to add something to your forum.

You should have either:
1. A very good explanation of what you need with enough information for us to understand what it is and to be able to figure out how it would need to be created,
2. Link to a demo, example, code, your page that you wish to use this on,
3. Post code for us to look at, or an image as a reference, etc.,
Or, hopefully, a mix of the above.
