Hello
I'd like to initializing slider upon page load showing the first image completely and then slide it (I don't like the first time wait that image moves from the left).
How can I make it ?

first of all many thanks to dynamic drive people who made this script.. u people are making our life easier

i am displaying 12 pics each of same size, approximate size of each picture is 20kb.
but it is taking much time to start the slide show as first all images are downloaded and then slide show starts.
could i show 5 pictures as static and when all the pics are downloaded then the slide show starts.
what value we have to give to these variable.. i am totally new to javascript
