This is basic stuff. You just gotta look it up and learn. We aren't, as per the rules here, able/going to do your homework for you.
It's a good skill to learn-- outputting stuff with javascript.

I'll give you a hint though - mainly because I know how hard it is at times to see the forest because there are too many flippin trees in the way.
Don't worry about the entire project. If you do - it will grow so large you'll think it can defeat you - and then it will!!!!!
Take it slow and easy - only do one step at a time.
You've shown us what you think it should look like. Can you make it happen without the numbers?
The rest I'm sure you'll figure out - but the most important thing is - have fun with it!
