Removing 2nd Scroller and Centering Text

3) Describe problem: I would like to safely remove all references to second scroller from script to make the page lighter and I cannot figure out how to center text in IE

Not quite sure what you mean- there is only one instance of the scroller running on the page as far as I see.

I think I've already removed most references to the second scroller.

What I can't figure out is how to center the text in IE. I tried following another thread and adding:

.innerDiv {text-align:center; }

but it's still not working.
