Script: HV Menu v5.5

I use this menu on my website http://www.rhylfans.co.uk/index.html, but was wondering if there is a way to force the menu to load up straight away as soon as the page is loaded.

I tend to find that I have to wait until all images etc have loaded onto the page first before the menu appears. Maybe it is a hosting problem but was wondering if it could be forced to display the menu before the rest of the page loaded up.

I also use 2 other scripts on the page. 1 is a message scroller and the other is a countdown timer.
