Default How do you put SOUND into a HTML EMAIL?

Hi. Does anybody know how to put sound into a HTML email???

    - I want the email to open, then the sound to play. i.e. in the email there is an image of a cow, and I want it to moo when you have opened the email.

    Hope someone can help,

    Cheers, M

well, it's just html, so you'd do it the same way you'd put sound in any page. Look up some old discussions here, as there have been many. There are a lot of ways, and all have disadvantages and advantages.

However, many mail servers (such as gmail) block images embedded into the html, even, so I'd assume that sound clips would be blocked too, if not just incompatible.

Remember that the browser renders the html, so if it's a mail application doing it, it might be very limited.
