3) Describe problem: I have a URL link in my scroller but I would like to control the hover color if it is possible. Or how about controlling just the static and hover colors? You can see it at this website: http://www.msnva.org in the left bar, the fading scroller text. The link at the bottom of it is only in white. I would (at least) be able to had a hover color to it.
