Still need help with script

3) Describe problem: Im still having to 'click' my mouse to see my tag previews. I have no clue why because I set everything up properly.

You don't have the script itself between the head tags, instead you have it between the body tags. Simply move the script (everything from <script type="text/javascript"> to </script>) to just above the ending head tag (</head>) and that should fix it.
