Connection with Mysql data

I am using Dreamweaver 8 and wamp. I am trying to connect to mysql database but I am recieving the "HTTP Error 404".
When I preview the page in browser the database shows but I can not connect to mysql with dreamweaver
I do not know what is happening as some time ago everything was fine.

I also have firewall in my pc.

Could you help me

Well, there's either something wrong with the connection, code, configuration or your computer.
From the above, I really have no way of guessing anything more.

It can not be a problem with the connection as when I preview the page on the browser the database can be seen sth wrong with the Dreamweaver settings

My DW settings are
site name : java_code
local root folder: C:\wamp\www\java\
HTTP address: http://localhost/java/
Access :Local/Network
Remote Folder: C:\wamp\www\java\
Server Model: PHP/MYSQL
Access : Local/Network
Testing Server Folder: C:\wamp\www\java\
URL prefix: http://localhost/java/

Could you help me?
