Is it possible to keep this navigation bar at the top of the page, while you are scrolling down or when you are at the bottom of the page?

Is it possible to do the same with this navigation?

Yes... change this line in the exmplmenu_var.js from:

var MenuVerticalCentered='static';// Menu vertical position 'top', 'middle','bottom' or static

to

var MenuVerticalCentered='top'; // Menu vertical position 'top', 'middle','bottom' or static
