how to install clock in dreamweaver page?

Sorry for the very basic, lame question I have just switched over from an old version of frontpage. I am trying to get the clock at the URL below working on my site.

I'm using dreamweaver. I would like to create a table and then insert it there so I have more control of where it is on the page.

Any help is really appreciated
