Add Arrow Pointer on Pop-it Menu?

3) Describe problem: Is there a way to add an "arrow" pointer, as in Cool DHTML Tooltip II, to the Pop-it Menu? Or, alternatively, make the Cool DHTML Tooltip II popup stay in place, where you could click a link inside it, after it pops up? I want a stationary, popup textbox with clickable links inside and an arrow on the box. I tried putting links inside Tooltip II and changing onMouseOut to "delayhidemenu," but the popup moves as you move the mouse.

Any help would be much appreciated.
