Create This Image Transition

Hi all... I want to create an image transition like the following, http://www.livinglindbergh.com/ -> Gallery... I've managed to fade in my images in which load externally but doesn't work as well as this one... If anyone has any idea would be much appreciated!

Ok This is done by Decresing and increasing the alpha of the image within about 6 frames so frame 1 and 2 are alfa 100 and frame 3 is alfa 0 and on the next image you reverse it so frame 1 and 2 are alfa 0 and frame 3 is alfa 100 and make sure it stops at frame 3 of the image

All of the images have to be converted into a graphic symbol so that you can use the alpha settings
