This is not a question about an existing script, so I'm moving it to the requests forum.

For a request of a new thread, you do not need to post in the specific format for linking to the script, etc.

As for the question, you'll probably want to look into flash.

It's a complex request, so have some patience and someone can probably help.

For uploading to your server, that should be something you can figure out. FTP is not very difficult and just takes practice. If you are on a free host, then they will supply an upload page instead in some cases, but that should explain itself.
