Conveyer Belt/Tooltip - need to display horizontally

A DD forums member created a script at http://www.4x4rider.com/scrolltest4.php that combines the two scripts above. What I need to know is how I can make this lie horizontally and have it move left to right.

is already horizontal.

I realize that the conveyer belt script that is posted on Dynamic Drive is horizontal but I need it to work with the tool tip like at http://www.4x4rider.com/scrolltest4.php except that I need it to remain horizontal. I don't know how to do this

Thought I'd try one more time and see if anyone knows how to get this script to lie horizontally.
