Personally, I like both designs but I especially like the first link. That looks both professional and "high-tec" (for a lack of better words). So, if I had to choose right now, I would go with the first design.
    Hope this helps.

I think both of them are really nice, however you need to take into account the "flash". not everyone on the net is flash enabled, so not only will the first design header wont work properly, but neither of the navigation will work either. the effects that you have for the navigation can both be very easily duplicated in CSS.

Rather than having just a bunch of "geeks n techies" looking over it, I would also look at your target audience (eg what types of pages / design you trying to sell, who would be potential clients) and ask them... because you could have an outstanding page, but if it cosmetically it's a swimming site and your company is basketball, you probably are going to do more harm than good.

Personally I like the second one better, but I would link the bolded title in your footer after the copyright :-p

Thank you for the tips, as far as the flash headers/nav goes, the current one does have a little link under it that redirects you to the non flash site. The second (new) one would have that as well if that is what i would be using.

    Thanks again for the advice!

I personally prefer the first one. More visually stimulating although the navigation bar in the second one is "cool" so to speak.

Tangled in the Net is a horrible name for a web design or just about any company. It sounds like you are drowning, and inviting others to join you.

The designs are nice though, I vote for #1.

The name of the company wasn't really up for discussion, but thank you for your concern.

As far as the design tips go, thanks guys.. it really helps getting feedback!

The second site is far better, the first one takes far too long to download because of that huge Flash pap at the top of the page.
