Ajax XML Ticker (txt file source) + Memory Ticker

3) Describe problem: It works very well. I just want it to be combined with the memory feature of Memory Ticker.

Memory Ticker didn't work for me because it kept changing the size of the box depending on the size of the content, so the page kept jumping around. Ajax XML Ticker with the text file displays much better, but every time the user refreshes the page the messages start at the beginning again.

Would it be possible to combine these two somehow?

Persistence pays off. Try the below modified ajaxticker.js file, which adds persistence to the messages using session cookies.

Thank you! It works perfectly! All I did was overwrite the existing script on the server; no muss, no fuss. Worked first time just right. All my html and images I had added are preserved. Wheeeee!
