Using a javascript fade script on my remote webserver. Some pictures OK, but some, in the dark area's have few to many white pixel groups.
Is it an IE bug that has problems with transparancy?
The original images are ok, viewed through IE they are also OK, but viewed using the javascript fade script, the show the pixels.
Hope this extra info helps.

That is a known bug in IE. You can switch to .png or .gif. Or, you can try retouching the photo with a smudge tool to get rid of these .jpg artifacts. If you do this, it is trial and error. And, keep copies of your original images!
