HV Menu and Special Characters?

3) Describe problem: This menu is perfect for our needs and we are very pleased with it so far. However, is there a way to add special characters in the menu titles.

Example:

On the first item in Leadership pop out, the name Padron should actually have an accent on the letter "o". I tried adding \ó but that didn't work.

Try:

\xf3

f3 is the hex equivalent of the character (a lower case acute o). \x tells javascript to interpret the next characters as a hex reference to a character.

I'm not certain that this will work. But, I seem to remember that it did with this menu.

Also, when trying to use ó no preceding slash should be required. It will either work 'as is' or not.
