Flash conflict with drop down menu 3.5

I have the drop down menu 3.5 on this page

But the menu drops down behind a flash movie on the page instead of infront of it. I have the flash set to <param name=wmode value=transparent>which should make the flash transparent but for some reason the menu still wants to be behind the flash movie. Anyone have any experience with this?

Did you add wmode="transparent" to the <embed> tag?
