    Default Help with "Find in Page Script"

    Script: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex11/findpage.htm
    I need help concerning the "frame" configuration.

    -My site is set up with two horizontal frames, one thin one at the top and a larger bottom frame. I have the search script in the top frame and I want to search the bottom frame. How do I need to do this in the script.

    Actually, this is documented inside the script. To get the script to search a specific frame, simply modify the line:

    Code:
    //var frametosearch = 'main';
    var frametosearch = self;
    Change "self" to the name of the frame you wish to search.

    Exclamation

    Same problem here. Done everything as instructed by documentation, yet, whenever i click the search button all i get is the top frame page loaded in bottom frame, that's weird.

    Any hope actually to use this script in frame pages?

    I am using Firefox 3.0.19, but i don't thinks that should matter at all, i think something is missing in documentation, or some adjustments need to be done to this script.

    Thank you.
