DHTML Tooltip hides under dropdown menus …..

Hi

I am trying to use the DHTML tool tip script found here: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...mltooltip2.htm in a web form. The problem is that when the tool tip appears above a pull down menu, the tool tip happens to appear under the dropdown menu box and not above it?

Otherwise everything works fine….is there any way to make the tool tip appear floating above the dropdown menu?

I also tried to add the scripts to an eternal *.js file and calling it from the html with

<SCRIPT SRC="form.js">
</SCRIPT>

But this is not working….please help!

I am doing this because I am having 4-5 scripts on the page and I want to make it search engine friendly. Is it worth while to create external java script file for a better search engine indexing?
