    Default .mov to .swf

    can anyone tell me how to convert a video in mov to a swf file? i tryied with flash professional but i can't work it out...

    Import the .mov as an object.
    Put it in the window, and probably adjust the canvas to the right size.
    Save.
    You can optomize too.... just look for the settings menu on the clip.

    If you want to run a movie in Flash, you usually want to make it into a FLV and import it into the SWF. You can use the Video to Flash Converter, or you can just use the File > Import > Import Video... in Flash. The advantage to using a FLV is that it can be streamed, and also controlled more precisely.
