Did you download the swissarmy.js file and place it in the same folder as your page?

The simplest way is:

array_name[#] = ["image.jpg", "description", "http://www.dynamicdrive.com"];

So, for the first image in the first slide show on the demo page, that would be:

slides[0] = ["photo1.jpg", "Kissing Fools", "http://www.dynamicdrive.com"];
