Email client that can read chinese and english

I have a php contact form on my website.

I have chinese, japanese and korean customers emailing me.

Outlook can read the english, korean and japanese but NOT the chinese

Is there an email client that can read ALL languages? Or is there something I can do in outlook to make it work.
