    Default SWF player...

Heya, I'm kind of new to Flash and I'm making a website for a film. I want to include the Trailer, but the only way I could see how to do it was by embedding the video, so that's what I did, but obviously, it makes the loading time really slow. When I first tried it I was using Flash MX, and then I got Flash 8 so I tried the import video thing, but I had problems with the flv files (they came out white :S) so I was wondering if someone could suggest something else? I was thinking something to play external swf files, but I'd like to be able to have the play/pause buttons aswell, and I can't find anything to help me with doing that. The website I'm working on is here. (Note: The trailer isn't actually on there at the moment)
So any suggestions would be great! Thanks

For anyone that has the same problems:

Lee Brimelow has some amazing tutorials on how to create a video player as well as importing external swfs available at his websites:
