    Thank you thetestingsite.

I've been looking for a large part of the day and I still haven't found anything. I wrote someone on youtube in the hope that she'll tell me what kind of software she's using but she hasn't wrote back yet.

If only they would have given us what we needed to convert and edit the videos we wouldn't have the problem.

Nevertheless, I'm sure we'll find something.

    Thanks again for your help.

Windows Movie Maker should be fine, except for converting.
Try Zwei-Stein by Thugs at Bay... very strange name, but it's a video editing app... allows conversion... free... might help.

Or search for (on download.com, etc.) 'mpeg2 converter'

And, yes, you would need avi. (I'm not sure if wmv works for importing... or just exporting.)

Well we managed to figure this thing out. I uploaded a short video clip that my wife took with her new video camera: http://www.beholdhecomes.net/testing.html

As it turns out, taking good videos is a lot harder then I had thought. I gotta hand it to you guys who do this so well.

One thing is for sure - it sure is fun!

Don't know why it's not working on your end.

Funny because she just got back from work and she's heading out with her camera. She really is having a good time with this thing.

    Lol... She's like a kid!

Ok, now that works. Well, looks like going from the cam to the net is working now, so congrats on that.
