Top Navigational Bar III - retain center in FF

3) Describe problem: Great script but I'm having a problem when I resize the window in FF (resizing in IE, causes it to refresh automatically, so my horizontal navbar re-centers). In FF, my page and navbar start off centered, but if I resize the window, the page re-centers, but the navbar doesn't. I'm using relative positioning with an "anchor" image (as the documentation suggests).

What am I missing?

I've never done this before - I'm attempting the attach my css, html, and the "custom.js" script.
