Hey guys, I am back for a few minutes

I have a new problem that cropped up at work and I haven't had to deal with it before, so I need some advice.

The situation:

Work has a new timeclock for the underlings to clock in and out on. @ people control the printout functions, 2 are from our department, 1 is from a sister department (this is for a backup).

The problem:

Only myself and my boss know the admin account passwords on this computer. The Sister dept manager CAN NOT EVER know these passwords (issues of trust and the confidentiality of our dept's files, etc.) I set up a limited account named "TimeClock" on the Computer the timeclock is connected too. Gave is a new password so the sister dept manager could know this one. I then found out that the timeclock program needs admin abilities to run the printouts. What can I do to keep the sister dept manager from getting the ability to log on to ANY computer as Admin in ANY way (she is very crafty, although not that bright) If she has an admin password she can then get to the shared drives etc. (which she would do).

If I choose the "run as" option on the timeclock proggie it works fine, but I have to do this every time. Is there some way to run as admin with a stored password so we don't have to enter it and perhaps then the sister dept manager wouldn't know it was using an admin account to access?

Ideas? Help? Please?

Miss you guys. We got the house, moving next week. Hopefully soon after that I can get more time and hang out a little bit. Other projects are tidying up as well. Things looking up for my family and I for sure
