    ok yes I klnow about phProxy. But How would I make my PC at home a proxy server where I can go into IE or FF and change the connection settings?

    Edit> I will have to manually type the connection settings.

    Set up a proxy such as Squid on it.

    a proxy is a website that lets you access other web sites...
    a quick and dirty example:

    <?php
    $stuff = file_get_contents($_GET['a']);
    $stuff = strstr("<body>","<body>".$form,$stuff);
    $stuff = strstr("<a href=\"","<a href=\"http://yourproxy.org/?a=",$stuff);
    echo $stuff;
    ?>

    Come back once it validates: HTML, CSS, JS.

    It lets you access "blocked" websites also.

    Something more productive than just "Ohhh..." might help.
