IMHO, I think it looks awful. And I don't know what it's playing at, either - it can run Windows Update perfectly, but claims to be FireFox based.
/edit: Oh, it automatically detects whether or not to run in Internet Explorer mode. How fun.

I haven't downloaded it yet, and may not for a while. I understand it's main selling point is its anti-phishing features, which may appeal to some people. But either way, I guess they're just trying to keep the Netscape name alive in the mist of all the attention Firefox is getting.
