Hi, I was wondering how you would create something like this:
IMEEM. I want to recreate the exact same effect, using these scripts: JavaScript, PHP and HTML. There is also a MySql database.

No. I got a login system but I want to know how to get the "floating" frame which can't be shut, unless the person logins and it is shut automatically after that.
