Help with website!

I am wondering if any of you lot have any ideas of how to let website visitors to select coulor schemes for my website? I have found that the http://www.msn.co.uk website has these in the top right corner where you can select little boxes that are different colors, but msn changes the theme by using css, I have tried this but when I click on a link on my website it asks you to save the css instead of appling it.

If it is possible I would like to have a drop-down box so the themes could be selected like that. The themes will only be a solid color for the background, so it won't be a image.

I believe there is a CSS-style sheet switcher available here on Dynamic Drive. Take a look through the scripts.
