3) Describe problem:
I have replaced the open folder image with a minus sign and the closed folder image with the plus sign. If a list is already open and I click on the name of the parent title, then I don't want that list to contract, I only want the list to contract when I click on either the minus sign image or plus sign image. If I click on the name, I don't want anything to happen.
