3) Describe problem:
I'm trying to move the text "xx characters remaining" that is attached to my text area ABOVE the text box, not below. When I do, the script doesn't work. How can I get the script to work above the box, and not just below?

This script is rather limited, so basically, you can't. Luckily for you, however, I've a rewrite that's still waiting for decent documentation before it's submitted to DD.
