How can I get this tab menu to work like I want it to. Can't find it anywhere

Hi,

I love this menu here

I was very excited to find it, but was turned off after I tried it.

I am turning to the java experts for this one.

Here is what I would like that tab to do:

1- change the tab color once it has been clicked. (As of now the "revised" button is the only one like that and has to be manually changed from current.)
I want it to be automatic once the user clicks the tab.

2- Have a send layer menu right in that bar below the tabs.

an example is their menu at (the main menu that says "products, web tools...")

why did you post in this thread, and why did you refer to java instead of javascript? two completly different things.
