    Default HV Menu on Netscape and IE

    I am having a problem with HV menu where in IE the menu is perfect, but in Netscape, it is off by a few pixels. I was wondering if there was a way that I could add an if statement to it. Such as
    If IE, then StartTop=StartTop
    If Netscape, then StartTop=StartTop-5
    or something to that effect. Also for StartLeft.
    Sorry about the horrible code, I don't know javascript that well.

    One final thing, on the site, the far right column is not centering. I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix that. I have tried. p align=center and also div align=center but neither works.
